What’s your favorite part of working at a local, community-focused bank?

Our leadership can make quick, on-the-spot decisions that directly serve our customers' needs. A lot of the time, customers aren’t even aware of the behind-the-scenes delays that larger institutions face. If we’re having a conversation with a customer, we can bring in the right people to make things happen quickly and efficiently. It’s all about providing the level of personal attention and service that truly makes a difference.

Given your expertise, what key piece of financial advice would you give to someone today?

Budget, save, and prepare for the future. It’s crucial to assess your expenses and put them into categories: what you need today, what you want for the future, and your long-term retirement goals. Risk management is also an important consideration. Preparing for the unexpected and planning for both the short and long term will help ensure financial security and stability down the road.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

One of my proudest accomplishments was coaching back-to-back youth championship baseball teams. On a personal level, I also played college golf.
